Pastor Lucy Kyllonen
Pastor Lucy is a Life Coach and serves as the Women’s Ministry Director at Crossover Church located in Tampa, Florida. With over two decades of dedicated service in urban ministry alongside her pastor husband, known as "Urban D," Pastor Lucy has held a range of significant roles within the church community. These roles have spanned from youth ministry, to organizing conferences and retreats, overseeing church administration, and co-authoring her debut book, titled "The Seed Was Always There." While Pastor Lucy's responsibilities have encompassed teaching, public speaking, leadership, and mentoring at various levels, her true passion lies in empowering women from all walks of life to unlock their inherent potential and lead extraordinary lives. Her motivation stems from the belief that God can take the ordinary and transform it into something truly extraordinary.
Janine Carrero
A Nuyorican from the Bronx, Janine is a diverse music and art lover who feels blessed to call Crossover and its many ways of worshipping our Father her church home. Always open to change, Janine loves butterflies and opportunities to bring on life changing metamorphosis for ourselves. She is passionate about inspiring others to embrace the bumps and bends in the road of one’s journey and never misses a chance to share how God’s unconditional love can see us through. From serving San Diego’s homeless on Thanksgiving Day, to making cheese on a cheese farm in the Netherlands, to rock climbing in the middle of the ocean on a cruise and more, Janine makes unique family experiences a priority. In addition to traveling the world with her husband Mark and her boys, Janine’s most cherished moments also include games nights, praying as a family, and engaging in the beautiful conversations that take place after catching a church service online or diving into the word of God together.
Tillia Britt
Tillia is a pastor’s kid (P.K.) and has been in ministry all of her life. But the truth is, even as a P.K., she has not always been active in serving in the kingdom. Church has always been home to her, but it was not until she attended Crossover Church that she began serving with a purpose. She serves as a Growth Group leader, Youth Leader, and Administrative Assistant to the youth pastor. Tillia has also co-founded a teens youth group called Diamonds of Virtue with a sister/friend in Christ. She has become spiritually free through understanding the difference between religion and relationship, which has pushed her to share this freedom with the world. Matthew 6:33 and Romans 8:28 are scriptures she holds close and uses as daily reminders that God is ALWAYS in control even when we think we are. Tillia loves adventure, is pretty silly, a magnet for people, the best Ti-Ti ever and is not afraid to try something new at least once. Florida is home to Tillia, her husband Richard, and their fur baby Abbey.

Agatha Caballero
Agatha Caballero who never stops seeking the heart of GOD, currently lives in Tampa. She is ambitious and optimistic. She loves her family, friends and strangers she comes in contact with. Make no mistake, she is a work in progress but aren’t we all? Her favorite color has always been red, but palette colors sooth her vision. She loves to cook, host events for others and she loves strawberry ice cream. She believes in love. She believes love conquers all things. She loves Jesus and loves people.
Brandy Grillo
Brandy lives in sunny Florida with her two sons and dog Bayne . She has had the gift of writing since she found a pen and paper at a young age. She has used this passion as well as gift to help her through her own personal battles. As she started to grow in her relationship with Christ He showed her to open up and share her gift with others particularly women . She has started a blog and podcast called WordzthatSpeak inspiring women of all walks of life to know they are not alone . She is dedicated in helping others to heal and learn the power of God’s Word. On her best days you can find Brandy by the water or dancing to the beat of a good song . She believes you need to start the day off on the right note with a smile and great attitude. She is truly inspired by her friends and that there is nothing on this earth more to be prized than true friendship. A new pair of shoes can change your life. Traveling opens your mind. One of her favorite quotes is “We are all a little broken but the last time I checked broken crayons still color the same.”

Shannon Nelson
Shannon Nelson's remarkable transformation into a life coach and motivational speaker was sparked by the profound loss of 10 family members and friends and her own cancer diagnosis. She's now on a path to becoming a health and wellness coach, championing holistic healing for herself and others. Shannon's journey has been marked by an extended season of hardships, with more losses than one can imagine in a short time. Yet, from this crucible, she has emerged stronger, wiser, and more resolute, becoming the woman she was meant to be. Her mission is to empower individuals in their pursuit of a better life and guide them to the far side of 'better,' where they can lead a purposeful, healthy, and well-rounded life while experiencing true wellness. Shannon's unwavering commitment to this mission is a testament to her enduring spirit and her dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
